Manna Hydro Bio-Energy Corporation opened new
office facilities at Roxas District, Quezon City, Philippines.

Obtaining all the necessary government approvals
and acquisition of venture capital are prioritized.
Year 2009:

Comprehensive laboratory tests are commissioned to
seek approval from government agencies, particularly from the
Philippine Department of Environment and Natural Resources -
Environment Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) and the Department of Energy
(DOE).

Manna Hydro Bio-Energy Corporation applies for
Pre-Manufacture and Pre-Importation Notification (PMPIN) clearances
from the DENR-EMB.

Plans for a high-capacity production plant are
approved with the location being in Maria Clara, Diffun in Quirino
Province, Philippines.
Year 2010:
-
February 15, 2010 - The DENR-EMB releases the PMPIN
clearances approved for all four Manna Catalyst products.

Manna Hydro Bio-Energy Corporation applies for
Certificate of Fuel Additive Registration (CFAR) from the DOE. These
are for the 3 fuel catalysts (the CFAR is not required for the motor
oil catalyst as it is not a fuel additive).

Year 2012:
- In
cooperation with the MCV Foundation through its DCV Program, Manna Fuel
Catalyst is endorsed for utilization worldwide to help solve the
problems of Global Warming and poverty.
